Theresa Elliot

Senior Project Manager

Theresa graduated from Stirling University with a BSc in 1998, she also has a Postgraduate
Diploma in Community Education from Dundee University. She has worked in various elements of community work since 1996 where she developed youth work north of Callander for Stirling Council and community worker maternity cover post for 6 months in Killin.

For 9 years, from 2001, Theresa worked as a development officer for Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS), initially for 7 years seconded to Stirling Council to inform tenants of stock transfer and then implementing their Tenant Participation Strategy. Theresa was instrumental in increasing tenant participation, increasing the Registered Tenants Organisation and developing Tenant Led Inspections. For 2 years Theresa worked part time out of the TPAS Glasgow office working for landlords across Scotland on various projects.

Theresa has worked for KAT since 2013 and has taken forward many of the KAT projects in
Killin.
